Wedding Photography with a Sense of Humour

Aren't we lucky to live in an age where weddings are fun, personal and exciting? That's what your wedding photography experience with me will also be like.

My name is Steph and I will banter with your bestman and become besties with your bridesmaids. We'll laugh & joke during our couples session on your wedding day, we'll chase the sunshine and do weird things that feel strange but look great on camera. I'll tailor your experience to match your vibe & personality.

I'm discreet, I'll keep your secrets, manage your mum if she's getting on your nerves, round up your family for photos so you don't have to, and I'll memorise your wedding party and close family so I can get the best candids.

A Little About Me

My name is Stephanie to strangers, Steph to my friends and Stephie to one particular person who shall remain nameless.

I live in the Highlands of Scotland, but I've previously called Edinburgh and London my home.

My favourite place in the whole wide world is Tofino on Vancouver Island, I'm addicted to buying Neom Candles and my favourite food is Indian, though Mexican is an extremely close second.

When I put my camera down, I love hiking and exploring new places. I play video games and even began to design a few. I've written 3 books and I'll maybe write a fourth. I've got 3 electric guitars but haven't practiced in years.

My biggest passion has to be ancient history though - whether it's Ancient Egypt, Sumeria or the Levant, I consume an unnatural number of podcasts and documentaries on these subjects and I have even begun learning Egyptian hieroglyphics and I've got grand aspirations to finally open my book on Akkadian Cuneiform. I've been lucky enough to combine this passion with my exceptional organisation skills to help organise a huge annual event in North Carolina where I've met some of the world's most interesting people, a few you might even recognise from documentaries.

When I grow up I'm going to get a pet tortoise and a wombat.

I own far too many Lord of the Rings collectibles.

I like taking photos.

When I'm not photographing people, I love taking landscapes. Here's some of my personal images from my travels....
